Preorders

Most Petite Enchanted Co. pieces are offered through preorder and are made specifically for each preorder. Estimated shipping timeframes are listed on each product page. Please note that preorder timelines are estimates and may be affected by production or transit delays.

If your order contains both preorder and ready-to-ship items, your entire order will ship together once all preorder items are ready.

Shipping Rates

Standard shipping within the United States is $8. Orders of $85 or more qualify for free standard shipping.

Shipping charges and available shipping options are displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your package is lost in transit or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact us at support@petiteenchantedco.com. We’ll be happy to assist with the next steps and, when applicable, help with a carrier claim.
